How do you ensure the freshness of the meat during delivery?

All our premium cuts are vacuum-sealed and transported in temperature-controlled refrigerated vehicles. We use insulated packaging and cooling packs to ensure your K-Butchery order arrives at your doorstep in peak condition.

What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery?

To receive your order on the same day, please place your request before 10:00 AM. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available delivery window to ensure the highest quality standards.

Where does your meat come from?

At GMGP, we source only the highest grade of meats, including premium Wagyu, USDA Prime beef, and specialized Korean-style cuts. Our K-Butchery experts hand-select every piece to ensure authentic flavor and marbling.

Can I request specific custom cuts for my BBQ?

Yes! As a specialized K-Butchery, we can accommodate custom thickness requests for Galbi, Samgyeopsal, and other traditional cuts. Please specify your preferences in the order notes at checkout.

What is your return policy for perishable food items?

Due to the nature of fresh food, we only accept returns if the product is damaged or does not match your order. Please inspect your delivery immediately and contact our support team within 2 hours of receipt with photos of any concerns.
